The Ningxia berry is very similar to the "goji" berry - which you may have heard of. Ningxia berries contain the highest amount of antioxidants on the Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (or ORAC) scale.
This basically tells you the antioxidant capacity of this food is the highest you can get.
